  • Greenville Community Dance Studio is excited to introduce our new dance instructor, Chelsey Nadeau! Chelsey has been dancing for 22 years and is trained in a variety of styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and hip hop. She is excited to share her passion for dance with the community!

  • Pre Ballet: Students will learn basic ballet skills & explore creative movement in this class structured specifically for young dancers. Dance slippers are required. Please wear stretchy, comfortable clothing.

    Ballet I: An introduction to formal ballet class structure, covering the fundamentals of ballet technique, emphasizing strength, flexibility, rhythm, musicality, and alignment. Dance slippers are required. Please wear stretchy, comfortable clothing.

    Ballet II: Continued formal ballet class structure, building on the fundamentals of ballet technique, emphasizing strength, flexibility, rhythm, musicality, and alignment. Dance slippers, leotard, and tights are required

    Hip Hop: An introduction to hip hop movement, focused on rhythm, coordination and basic footwork. Please wear stretchy, comfortable clothing and jazz shoes or non-marking tennis shoes.

    Tap: Beginning tap instruction designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Tap shoes are required. Please wear stretchy, comfortable clothing.

    -Hair pulled back away from the face
    -No street shoes in the studio

    Pre Ballet & Ballet I: Dance slippers are required. Please wear stretchy, comfortable clothing.

    Ballet II: Dance slippers, leotard, and tights are required

    Hip Hop: Please wear stretchy, comfortable clothing and jazz shoes or non-marking tennis shoes.
